NATIONAL AWARDS FOR JOANNA COBB
Joanna Cobb, Joint Director of Cobb Property has once again achieved exemplary results in examinations held by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). She completed 12 hours of exams on Residential Lettings and Management and was awarded the Runner Up prize in the Student of the Year Award having scored one of the top three marks in the country. The Awards Ceremony was held in London and prizes were presented by Natasha Kaplinsky.
Joanna has also won the Student of the Year Award for the Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency and to top that she also beat all other award winners to win the Charles Barnes Overall Student of the Year Award. She is the only Agent in Hereford to have studied and passed exams in both areas of expertise and is delighted with her results.
